New-Build: The Glass House
On a plot of land on the outskirts of Shrewsbury, Thomas William, worked with Base Architects on a beautiful and unique new-build for a private client. This 4-bed property with detached garage took just over 12 months from start to finish.

- An indoor and outdoor sunken trampoline pit
- Sensory room
- Fitting of wet rooms and specialist disabled equipment
- Full landscaping
- Stone and render exterior with a zinc roof
- Air source heat pump

We worked alongside Base Architects to produce this beautifully unique grand home for a private client, here in Shrewsbury.
We had regular site meetings with both the client and architect to ensure things were progressing as planned and on budget, these meetings also provided a good opportunity to discuss ideas and make changes as the building developed.
